Midday Entree: Russian Mushroom Patties

The Recipe:
Mushrooms have always been a staple of eastern European cuisine, and here's a novel Russian variation.

As described by RussianFoods.com, this is "a perfect dish for any occasion. It can be a wonderful breakfast with tea, or a rich snack at lunch time or even a perfect complement to soup for dinner. Mushrooms are the beloved dainty of the Russians."
